Okay, where have I been? Many many places! Actually, I have been scrapbooking still! I just completed an album this past weekend. "Life After Graduation" took about two months to work on and finish. It's only a small 6x6 album, but that brings my total album completions to 3!

I do want to get more into this hobby, but time is such an issue...and plus the $$. I will wait and see what my next creative idea will be, but hopefully it will be soon.

Generally after I've finished an album I take about a month+ break. So, plenty of time to think it through!

I found ANOTHER bargain yesterday! I have been doing some researching and everyone talks about how much they love Xyron for scrapbooking. Well, I went out with GeGe to browse some stores and we stopped by a Target in another area. I went into the scrapbook section and found Xyron 505 maching for $14.98! Original price is $29.99...an even better deal than using the 40% coupon from Michaels! I picked up the adhesive & lamintor cartridges for $7.48...I think they are originally like $12. Woohoo!

I've oficially started my mom's scrapbook...I have high hopes for this one!

Today we went to Walmart to purchase some food stuffs. I just happened to go by the office supply section and there were scrapbook albums for $5!! Yes, $5!! 12x12 albums! Needless to say, I purchased 4 of them...what a deal!

Last week I purchased an album I am making for my mother for $20...and I am definitely glad that I found an even better deal at Walmart. Go figure. I had hoped there would be more designs, but unfortunately not. Oh well, you still can't beat a 12x12 album for $5!

I just placed a $65 order with Scrapbook.com! I am making a scrapbook for my mom...actually it will be kind of an ABC book about her...

Scrapbooking is a very pricey hobby! I spent $20 on an album (with a 40% off coupon from Michaels), $8 (Making Memories) eyelets, $18 (Making Memories) tool kit, $10 on The Slab III paper....and I still have a couple more things left to buy! So it's already $100+ spent! Eek!

I sure am glad that my darling GeGe is an engineer!

Well, it's been...one week of living together! So far so good, but we've spent a pretty penny trying to get stuff in here. I now have a desk of my own in our second bedroom, which is now known as "The Office." I even have two five-shelf bookcases to house my rather large collection of books.

The kitchen is mostly done as is the master bedroom and closets. I'm still working my way through organizing the office and parts of the living room (we've yet to buy a large projection tv/entertainment center and slipcovers for the couches).

Otherwise, things are mostly settled. I still have some stuff at the other house, but those still can wait. I'll be back with more....
